Attorneys Serving Labor Since 1954
From Rothman Gordon's origins to now, the firm has maintained a robust practice representing unions in all aspects of labor-management relations. The firm represents unions in both the private sector (under the Labor Management Relations Act and the National Labor Relations Act) and public sector (under Act 195 and Act 111). The range of our services for our union clients is complete, including:
- representation matters;
- negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements;
- labor contract arbitration;
- grievance arbitration;
- representing unions in unfair labor practice proceedings before both the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board; and
- representing unions in federal and state court litigation.
In our experience, union officers and business agents are often approached by the rank and file with questions regarding workers' compensation, estate planning, and other related issues. Therefore, we are pleased to be able to offer counsel to union members for their own personal issues.
